Opened by Mike and Bridget Roddy in 1984, and family-owned ever since, Paesano Restaurant and Wine Bar has dedicated itself to offering an authentic Italian experience to our good friends in the Ann Arbor community, one filled with homemade and healthy dishes from Italy’s countryside in an environment of relaxed elegance. Additionally, our service, including in-house sommeliers, boasts the collection and knowledge to meet your complete wine connoisseur needs.

We feature a seasonal menu of new Italian dishes with an emphasis on regional preparations and an influence from Italian wines. We also offer Vegan options and can prepare several dishes as Gluten-Free. Whether dining with us, carrying out, hosting a large event with our catering, or joining us for one of our famed Wine Dinners, we hope to keep you feeling welcome, well-fed, and always eager to come back.

The main dining room has seating for 160 guests. The cozy banquet room may seat up to 60, with additional space available on the adjacent Italian inspired patio for another 20 guests. For more intimate gatherings, the private wine room is perfect for small get-togethers or meetings. A full-service catering team is available for on and off-site events.

We take our Happy Hour (M-F, 3-5) outside to our "Euro style" patio in the summer and show Italian inspired movies there on Saturday nights.
